Dr. Molapo William Selepe



Dr. Molapo Selepe was born and bred in South Africa and is a graduate of the University of Cape Town (MBChB, 1999). He has over 26 years of international medical experience, having practised across South Africa, England, Wales, and Australia. Dr. Selepe spent 12 years in the United Kingdom working extensively in internal medicine and hospital-based care before specialising in family medicine and becoming a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP). He has been a Family Physician in Perth, Western Australia since 2013 and holds Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). He brings to his practice broad clinical expertise spanning emergency medicine, internal medicine, and general practice, with a strong focus on preventive and lifestyle medicine, chronic disease management, mental health, men’s health, paediatrics, geriatrics, minor procedures, skin cancer treatment, and vasectomy..

Dr. Selepe is Co-Founder of Sienna Wood Medical, where his vision is to build a patient-centred, multidisciplinary practice delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare for families across Perth. He is passionate about long-term patient relationships, personalised care, and prevention through education. He is a published author of A New Afrikan, as well as Final Straw (2008) and The Extra Mile (2018). Outside of medicine, he enjoys long-distance running, writing, public speaking, and community leadership..
